Gifts to Housing for New Hope

Pilgrim’s Auxiliary members, with help from others in the congregation, provided enough supplies to load up a van. These room kits will help furnish households for Durham residents moving into their own homes.

Items were collected on Sunday, March 1 for Housing for New Hope’s Hearts to Home kits.

Every spring in February and March, Pilgrim Auxiliary sponsors a drive for new and gently used household items for Housing for New Hope.  These are very useful for people who may be entering new homes and apartments and who have very limited resources.  This year, HNH is creating Hearts to Home kits, centered around the various rooms in a home.  Thanks from the Auxiliary for everyone’s help.
