Advent Kit Guided Meditation Audio File

Greetings Pilgrims and friends!

As a part of our Advent devotional kit offering this year we are including a short guided meditation made by members of our Board of Christian Education. You are invited to listen to this as often as you like over Advent to help you center during this season of sacred preparation. The recording is brief, less than 4 minutes but is intended to be paused as needed for a centering practice of 20 minutes or more.
